Yeah so far. Until he files a chargeback with his credit card company. Send the asshole a collections letter, and make sure any returns that are shipped via the USPS are opened up infront of a USPS employee. Also when you accept returns, make the buyers complete a form, sign it and place it in the package. So if they pull any bullshit you have them right there to sue the shit out of them.
