A real troublemaker and fraudster who should be included in the buyer blocking list of every seller. First he opened an item-not-received case in eBay, while he had received the item 20 days ago. After exchanging messages, he admitted that he had received the item, but it was not as described. After further discussion, he admitted that he attempted to fit the item (which was a spare part) onto a machine model not mentioned in our listing, and requested to return the item. Although we had no objection for the return, he escalated the initial item-not-received case in eBay. We had to report him in eBay to save our funds. Total waste of time. We have permanently blocked him from future business, and we recommend every seller to do the same!
