Details: | Customer Signed up for our services seeking a rent to own or take over payments home as content access subscription based service. He Registered and signed up for the monthly plan. Customer accessed listings on our site same day and next morning, spending a cumulative total of 3.24 hours viewing/downloading content according to our analytics report. Customer calls in the day after registration asking if he can get a "prorated refund" if he were to cancel that day because he had "already gotten everything he needs from us to do this on his own" referring to listings and legal docs......when reminded of the TOS and the Refund Policy stating that all accessed content is nonrefundable, he very smugly said "Ok then, if you won't give me most of my money, i'll just have my bank take ALL of it back from you and then some" chuckled and hung up....Customer filed chargeback claim that same day claiming "Item Not Received/Significantly different from description"..FRAUDSTER - BEWARE STAY AWAY |
