Details: | Bought a item, Opened a not received case & left Negative feedback while the item still had Item in transit tracking status. Showed item was delayed. No communication what so ever. Item was refunded 100%, Was messaged she could keep item once delivered. Still no communication. Never allowed for case timing or amicable resolution with seller for a postal problem. Did not respond to feedback revision request as of yet either. Look at her feedback left for others.... |

If item is delayed in transit thats not her fault and it definately means your item didnt arrive on time as it should have. You deservr bad feedback. She doesn't deserve you bad listing her and publicising her name all over the internet. People like you should not be allowed to sell on EBAY

nope, sorry....Buyers have a responsibility to be proactive and help themselves. Blaming a seller for a clear after shipped with TRACKING issue with the POST OFFICE is not the sellers fault? Especially when a seller gives a Refund and offer to keep the item also? A track record of leaving neg feedback and or complaining type remarks without at least giving sellers the option to communicate or resolve a issue? Goes on the BUYERS record. And if I believe correctly Ebay removed the negative for Exactly that reason. Unreasonable buyer with a not so nice history.

eBay posts delivery ESTIMATES. Sellers are not held to the estimates, only the shipping date per their item listing based on handling times. Get the item shipped in your stated handling time and eBay will remove negative feedback if you load the tracking prior to the cutoff AND it shows the item was actually picked up. Sellers cannot print labels, load tracking, then sit on packages for days and expect that they will be protected from crappy buyers. In this case, the buyer was in the wrong assuming the statement made by the seller is complete and factual.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site.
