Opened return & auto-refund was applied since it was through Amazon fulfilled.
They returned a product that was not ours
Aggressively messaged us repeatedly through seller platform threatening lawyer if we didn't refund plus extra reimbursement for inconvenience.
Order has already been refunded for months.
