Item was overdue a couple days from USPS. Buyer opens a dispute with eBay. It was still within the window for the shipping type, so I wanted to ensure it wasn't lost, and just hung up. I follow up with USPS to track the item, keeping a constant stream of updates and communication on my efforts to track the item via ebay's resolution center. No response from buyer, instead escalates citing "no communication from seller".
