I sold a new and unused Tempur pillow for 80 pounds.20 days later,the buyer asked for full refund.Because the buyer said the pillow case splited and he/she believed it was not new.I asked for the pic of the pillow case,but I never received.

I explained to the buyer I could not refund since the pillow was totally new with the box and in good condition when he/she received.and it has been used for 20 days!I offered the buyer partial refund which is for the pillow case or I will get a new pillow case from Tempur since it is still under guarantee.
Then a case was openned by the buyer.and ebay decided in the buyer's favour and asked me to full refund.

Today，I received a envelope today.I guess it is from the buyer amyevans678.Because of the post code provide by the envelope.
There are only 4 blank A4 paper in the envelope.Is that a joke?!So where is my pillow?I notice once the tracking information shows the item has been delivered to me,the buyer will be issued with a full refund.
I am still waiting for ebay's reply.

I am so disappointed with ebay.I decide to quit ebay.
I am here to remind the sellers.Be careful with some unreasonable and ridiculous buyers.Ebay will not protect you in this respect.
