But unlucky for me The first dvd set prisoner 27 he paid for but made me wait a week to pay then after I refunded the above he lodge a complaint saying he did not receive HE DID I posted them off. Pay pal refunded his money. I don't know how he manages to get away with it. changed dates payed on pay pal too. I did get my money back after complaining to pay pal

Yes I sincerely regret ever having dealt with this guy, he complained to PayPal about me and got his money refunded. I'm the first to admit I made a mistake, he bought several sets of Prisoner DVDs from me and regrettably I forgot one, instead of him contacting me about it first, he reported me to eBay straight away then got on to PayPal to get $20 refunded, as soon as I realised that one set was missing I immediately went to the post office and sent it but that wasn't good enough, he is a 100% scammer and a thief. As for why you can't leave negative feedback I have no idea, you'd be best off contacting eBay to find out, it's a shame you can't because he needs to be exposed for the bastard that he is. Let me know how you go.

I sympathise with you this man is a thief, claim after claim things didn’t arrive at the post office. I ran into problems with him when i refused to post it as stated in my ad. I was too drop it at his door after paypal payment, so thus he could not steal it. I took every complaint route possible but ebay is deadset full of shit and I deleted my account. maybe you could round up some other members, there are a few of us. You will also find him listed on bad buyers.org. Sorry if you are getting my message again but the first didnt send. You cannot leave negative feedback to buyers and he has feedback removed if its negative its a no win the guy is a fuckwit. Goodluck
But for some reason cant leave negative feed back but he can to sellers he lies and cheats but still gets away with it how can they not realise the number of dvd he just does not receive!

This individual cannot be trusted. He delayed making payment - the excuses ranged from PayPal cancelling his account to having no internet banking and my bank (for direct deposit) was to far away.
His eBay profile lists his name as Mark Barton at an address in Spit Junction, NSW. I suspected the individual to be questionable so I collected copious photos and sent the package requiring a signature on delivery. I received a complaint from the user claiming I had sent to wrong address. I advised I had sent them to the address on eBay's profile - he claimed the address listed there to be incorrect. I have taken screen shots of that information.
I knew the sale would end unpleasantly, he has now claimed a disc was cracked, I advised it was in good condition on postage. I requested a photo to provide the damage - he is unwilling to provide. Interesting how it was the most expensive disc in the package (out of 8 items) that he claims was broken.
I will not be refunding the individual. I have added him to my blocked user list.
