Purchased item was sent via Canada Post with tracking. The item was delivered on January 11th. On January 13th the customer reached out to us claiming the item was "still at the post office". This appears to be not true as delivery was made on the 11th. We responded asking them to confirm their address, which they did not reply to. On January 13th, however, the customer brought the item back to the post office to return to sender. The customer did NOT let us know they did this. They did not ask for a return request or communicate further with us. We have now received this item back at our depot however, the packaging did not have a game in it and an empty package was returned. The envelope was sliced oh so carefully and sealed that to a Canada Post employee, it would appear unopen. The label on top had everything well blacked out with a marker, but we were able to determine where it came from by carefully removing it to view our information underneath. Customer then opened an A-Z Claim claiming they didn't receive the item. They are committing return fraud, please be aware!
