Buyer claims non-receipt of order and requested we re-ship the order. Tracking information shows the item was delivered during the required delivery window. Item delivered Jan/25 with delivery window Jan/29 thru Feb/5. Buyer emailed claim on Jan/29th (1st day available as per Amazon to issue a claim). We suspect buyer did receive the order and is placing a false claim to get free product.
