in the "condition" section, I wrote in large letters: "BOTH HALVES OF the STRAP HAVE CRACKS" and I also added large detailed photos of these cracks. this disrespectful buyer demands a refund marked "the item is defective" and immediately writes a negative feedback. and this man writes only in Spanish. that's probably why he can't read the description. here is such a resident of the USA.
