Buyer purchased multiple items from us and demanded cancellation with a spam of emails after the items were already in transit. WHen they were delivered buyer demanded a free pre-paid label. Items are bulky and would have cost quite a bit for us to pay for a label just for buyers remorse. Buyer has left us negative feedback because they think the world is one giant walmart.
