Fraudulently claimed package was not received through PayPal dispute process to avoid any possible restocking fees/unrefundable outbound shipping costs. Tracking showed package as delivered. Customer also confirmed by email that the package had been received (and requested a return). Filed claim before the return had been inspected/processed.
