WARNING: Dangerous fraudster. He delegates some friend to sign and pick up the parcel from the Deutsche Post Office. Afterwards he opens a non-receipt case in PayPal claiming that he's never received the item though the tracking number shows that the parcel has been delivered. PayPal checks Deutsche Post tracking system and sees that the parcel has been delivered to a different person.
