I sold three graphics cards to him. 55 days later he tried to make an eBay claim all three didn't work. eBay denied the claim (30 return policy). He filed a claim with PayPal (180 return policy). PayPal sided with buyer. I knew this was fraud, I test all cards before I mailed them. I took a video of opening the return when I got it. There was 2 of the 3 cards in the box. PayPal still would not help. I now have to file a report of mail fraud with the USPS. There is a weight taken of the package and its contents. 2 cards and packing will add up to the USPS documented shipping weight. I will be taking buyer and PayPal to small claims court even if it costs me more than the fraud did.
