Ok first off he's a fucken scum bag from LA first flag. We refuse to accept business or do business with anyone or anything from LA. they are nothing more than a bunch of scumbag assholes. Just LA. Look at his feedback, and see the pictures. If they are not as advertised or described you have evidence. The claim for returns is his money for shipping. Look at the terms and advertisement that is the legal agreement, if he violates his own agreement then you have a case.
