| Details: | Buyer purchased item, and sent message saying they wouldn't pay return shipping if item was damaged. I found this unusual and highly suspicious. Sure enough, the buyer receives the item 3 days later, and immediately sends a message claiming damage. Avoid this buyer, they try to get items for free. |

Similar experience with this buyer on Ebay on 4-25-18. Bought laptop item and 2 weeks after delivery claims problem with item and WITHOUT CONTACTING opened 'Return case' with Ebay. He carefully chose 'Defective' as reason so Ebay wants to force me to pay return shipping. Item fully tested and no complaints from about 10 other buyers, so I'm skeptical. I responded asking to ship item back and so far NO RESPONSE. Looks like he wants to open Item not described case and get ITEM FOR FREE. I will call Ebay and send buyer RETURN SHIPPING label (pay return shipping) + insist buyer MUST RETURN ITEM before I give refund. I will lose return ship cost but at least get my item back (I hope). Will take pics. of returned item BEFORE opening it in case he sends me an empty box or switches item. (But I RECORDED Serial # and took pics. of item BEFORE shipping) and the LORD told me this guy might be trouble...
