This MF is phishing for sellers personal info. He immediately cancels a purchase (same minute as he paid). He doesn`t have intention to buy, but to gain seller`s personal info. Not only he scams, but he cost you PayPal fees (since Paypal keeps all fees now, thus you are at a negative after a refund). Block him asap. I checked the address, and the building is a free housing for muslims. Don`t need to say more what kind of scam operation they do on platforms.
