Update: May 10, 2016. The buyer's name is Micah Dinh. He filed an a-to-z guarantee claim with Amazon saying that he received a different laptop and is entitled to a $150 refund. Amazon denied the claim.

So did you expected a positive feedback for sending someone a wrong item purchased from you? How I see it, not only that you have wasted his time and money but you could of got away sending someone a laptop that was inferior than what it was supposed to be. $150 is much reasonable not counting the fact the difference could be much more. Please do not post and report your customer's information all over the web which violates Amazons policies.

If you bought this directly from Amazon or say newegg and they made a mistake, what would you do?

Lol I would report a negative feedback haha the buyer is not a bad buyer, the sellers comment pretty much says he's a bad seller. I have bought from Amazon directly and they made a mistake and gave me credit back.

1. You cannot leave neagative feedback for Amazon. It is now allowed by Amazon.
2. Amazon doesn't issue partial refunds. They will issue a full refund for a return.
