Turns out this asshole filed a dispute 24 hours after he found out the item was shipped. Files a dispute trying to cancel transaction in order to steal product. He's playing the mail order fraud game in which we have contacted the post master general in his home town. Finds out item ships and then files a fraudulent dispute and escalates it, trying to play the "lets steal the product from seller game" after the item ships.

Further, the person running this scam does not clearly inform that they will signed up for a revolving 80 some dollar a month credit card charge just to buy a 5 dollar bottle of vitamins. This person is running a scam and slanders those who stops the illegal charges!!!!

If you're hiding behind your badge to execute fraudulent eBay transactions, not only should you and your family be in danger, but, maybe your fellow officers should be on guard, too. Since we all know courts won't hold you accountable, you should know that bullets don't give a crap what the police unions have to say.
