Details: | Buyer bought item. Insisted that it be sent by USPS. USPS does not offer unified tracking as opposed to the method I had planned to utilize. Buyer opened INR. Buyer received refund. I opened search with Peruvian national post (who handle last mile delivery for USPS) and lo and behold it was delivered. However, the search takes 32 business days by which time case had been closed and buyer had received a new free item with expensive shipping. |
