I sold him a gift card on ebay to his CONFIRMED address on his Paypal account. He didn't leave positive feedback for a while, so I messaged asking him if he got the gift card and if he did, then to please leave me positive feedback. He never messaged back.

Instead what happened was that I got a "chargeback" with Paypal taking my money away from the purchase and sending it back to him. The claim was that it was an unauthorized transaction.

If it were an unauthorized transaction, then why didn't he send it back to me when he received it AT HIS OWN address? Or message or e-mail me? I even put my username and e-mail in the envelope I put the gift card in just in case there a problem with the order or anything like that. I did not use tracking because I didn't want to charge for shipping and handling, and the more I pay, the more I have to charge. And it's so much easier to just go to a blue box and drop it off there with a stamp instead of waiting for the post office to open and waiting in those long lines.

So if u ever see the Manuel Martinez on ebay do NOT sell to him. He lives in Tulare, CA, so don't sell to that address with someone by that name.
