This eBay buyer created new accounts (one week old) to purchase one item from me. After it was delivered, this buyer intentionally dismantled and ruined what he paid for only to ask for a full refund. I would not suggest doing ANY business with eBay buyer. They are not clear on communication and only want money back for destroying the item they bought. Beware!
