Buyer bought a handmade shaving brush used it a few days then decided he wanted a refund. The buyer was abusive in his communications to me. It was clear to me that if a refunded wasn't forthcoming then he would retaliate with a negative review. I don't accept returns on products contaminated with blood for health and hygiene reasons. My return policy is clear on this. Unfortunately, there are people like this that abuse the artisan shaving community by intentionally buying a product for the sole purpose of using it as a rental with no expectation of ever keeping the product.
