buyer orders an item claims they wanted another item with the exact name and title, and expects us to send out something we don't sell a nd neve r listed. charged a small restocking fee and the buyer sends a nasty email message demand a full refund and the dvd of the same name and title from another movie company. wow really where do these people come from
