Upon receiving the item buyer claimed the spars of a kite were completely crush but the shipping box/container the item was shipped in only had a dime size hole. All my kites I ship I personally open and inspect each and every kite and this kite had NO evidence of any damage of any kind at time of packaging. I informed the buyer I had shipped his item with USPS insurance. The buyer refused to file an insurance claim with them. BIG red flag that the buyer doesn't to file a claim because they don't want to be found guilty of mail fraud. "jail time" With that being said I new right then this was a SCAM. Block this buyer before he has a chance to SCAM you!

this buyer comes across as a very nice concerned and some what picky buyer but then jumps on you as any other scammer would.
