| Details: | This customer is a bad customer. He try to scam by saying item does not have specified European license then telling us customs has destroy it. When the tracking code shown otherwise and told him the tracking code show delivered which mean item has receive. From the moment i don't get any response anymore. So beware, try to scam is the same thing as scam! |

Yep... If you sell a telecom equipment with picture show that is CE marqued , and when the buyer received it without CE it's not the equipment supposed to be shipped!
more that this, customs can retain equipment ( it 's what s happen) give a fine and destroy the equipment.
I finally get it after 5 weeks of discussion with our telecom authorities.
You re not a good seller and does not assume your mistakes.

Funny! you claimed item was destroyed by customs because there is no CE mark. I told you CE mark was on manual book. The problem is not CE mark. It's you who wants free item by claiming item was destroyed and now you said you got the item after 5 weeks.
I sold so many item to Europe but only 1 buyer from New Caledonia claims items being destroyed.

Item received and destroyed . Not authorised , not CE marked. Needed for French countries. See French norms.
Telecom did not accept release of the product by customs.
I did not get a fine, I m lucky!
