Buyer returned broken/completely shattered Remy bottle in different Remy Collectable box (in far worse condition) and demanded a refund, saying it was broken in shipment - though it was impossible for the bottle to have been broken in such a manner as it was secured and paper wrapped inside the Remy box and inside another box. After our transaction we are left with a broken bottle and a collector box in a far less desirable condition, out $200 and our bottle.
