This person places orders for Funkos and then files claims saying they didn't receive them. Has 11 orders with us and 8 of them were refunded by claim. Also has 2 other orders from a different account refunded as well. Amazon just refunds without taking this into account. Beware of this person and avoid sending orders as they will claim to have not received them.
