I didn't do my research before selling to her. I didn't realize, this was the 2nd Acer laptop she purchased in 1 month. She filed a return on both of us and requested money back. She claims I sent her an empty box. I filed mail fraud report through USPS. She waited a week to file the fake complaint. Don't want this to happen to anyone else.
