Buyer ordered a tuner, used it, then wanted to return it despite a no return policy simply because she did not realize that to obtain peak performance she would need to run premium fuel. We accepted the return with the stipulation of a re-stock / re-packaging fee. She opened a case and forced us to refund the entire amount including initial shipping... all because she is too ignorant to understand performance tuning (actually performance in general) and what is required to achieve results. She wants maximum performance on a food stamp budget. Block this moron if you sell auto parts.
