It's basically a user who will commit to purchase an eBay item (their username on eBay is: opulentstore), then claim that there's trouble with making a PayPal payment by creating diversions. They offer to pay via Venmo. Then they proceed to send a slow eCheck via PayPal, followed by a Venmo payment (outside of eBay), asking to ship sooner because the ACH will take very long to clear. Then they ask to refund the Venmo payment too early (after item is already shipped), before discovering that the PayPal payment is a sham.
