What you should be doing is taking it out of eBay's hands if it doesnt go in your favor. You know that Ebay is going to favor the buyer every single time just like PayPal. Once they know that they customer uses a credit card to buy the item, they can just charge it back and EBay will be out the money, so they give it all to the buyer and leave you out and dry. Even if you do everything right, they will still screw you over, the buyer knows that, if he gets any type of refund, then you take it to the point where you send him to collections and get a collection agency after him, file a police report in his home state and get the postal inspectors office on him. Make him go through hoops to make him think twice about ripping someone off.
