| Details: | SCAM BUYER, buys an item we correctly described as being untested and sold as is. Buyer opens a false return request claiming we sent them a broken item, after it was correctly listed. Block this buyer at all costs! It looks like they buy items on eBay and resell them on their website. Any sellers that sell switches, routers, servers, IP phones , and wireless access devices should avoid this guy at all costs! He also goes by ISP Trader. |

I can confirm this report due to this isptradernetworks did exactly the same scam to me 01/20/2024 once order was delivered and buyer claims wrong item sent when in fact I've proven I sent exactly what this buyer wanted and ordered. Created false return and taking advantage of sellers on Ebays platform and taking advantage of Ebay. Bad business and a scammer, liar and a cheat. Seller and or other buyers beware.

This is completely bogus. We have 12K Positive feedback. This seller - jon2110 on ebay (with virtually NO seller feedback) sold an item and listed its condition as (new) open box ("Open box: An item in excellent, new condition with no wear. "). But what we received was not damaged, NOT excellent, new condition".) We requested a return that the seller contested, and ebay agreed we should send it back for a refund. We did on the 16th. USPS hasn't scanned the return being delivered, but we will only be refunded if the seller doesn't receive the item back. Bottom line: Listing a used item as new is the real scam here, not sending it back, and ebay has procedures protecting buyers and sellers for both purchases and returns - in this case, that's us.
