The customer frequently fails to provide requested documentation or evidence to substantiate claims. For example, in the transaction with our company, the customer was asked multiple times to provide photographs of the supposedly damaged product, yet never complied. Despite our good faith efforts to address the issue, including offering a replacement product, the customer continued to raise disputes.
