This buyer bought a coin pack and I sent it. Suddenly he left a negative feedback without contact me or open eBay or PayPal case, and claim "no way to contact seller". Later I issued fully refund and want to contact him but no any answer.
I cannot say it's a scam, but claiming something not true is not a good behavior.
