Buyer bought RAM memory via ebay, over 2 months later tried to file a claim with paypal stating he never received the items. I wondered why they didnt file this claim through ebay and found out they had closed their account, which only added to my suspicion. after googling the address, I found a lot of results of other sellers getting scammed the same way. The buyers statement through paypal contained many grammatical errors and likely was written through google translate. Thanks to sellers who post here and other places, paypal was able to quickly determine this was a scammer and deny the claim. This person obviously just buys a lot of computer hardware and files these types of claims against anyone who didn't ship using a tracking number. Lesson learned for me, always use a tracking number!
