| Details: | Buyer bought RAM memory via ebay, 2 months later filed a claim with paypal stating he never received the items. They had closed their ebay account after one purchase to eliminate the provided tracking#! Only after paypal reversed the charges did I search the buyers address. I have an open appeal pending with paypal. |

Well then why doesnt anyone that got scammed by this asshole file mail order fraud charges! you have more than enough evidence of mail order fraud. Its obviously EBay and PayPal arent doing anything about it. Its only because of sites like this that seller's are informed, but not protected.
