The seller didn't know proper English and engraved my ebay name on an expensive Lamy pen. Then when I complained to her, she started scolding me and for the whole 2 months kept sending me English lessons/kept asking me for English language advise and continued sending nasty sarcastic words. The lady has serious issues. I had already made a formal complaint to ebay about the seller then. I never knew about this website until today when someone pointed it out to me.
