thats because everything that is credit card related is buyer sided. ebay amazon paypal will always reside with the buyer because the buyer can file fraud credit card disputes and take the way from these company's these company's also dont trust you as the seller as well because they are paranaiod that the seller will leave these assholes out with the debt of the buyer chargeback. you should also take pictures of everything you package especially high priced ones. place insurance on all packages and let them pay for it. if there's something that they claim is defective, make them complete a form and sign it. tell the asshole buyer that the form will be used to incriniate them in acourt of law because they signed a legal document and it proves its fraud.

The seller is in breach of ebay contact by providing customer detailed. The seller can also be sued for giving out personal information. Ebay has done this before to seller who uses this site. Been providing all buyer who personal information leak to eBay. So ebay can take action on this site and the seller.
