Buyer tried to force a refund for "wrong item" after item shipped and before it arrived. Buyer claimed they didn't want it to us after we shipped it then abused ebay's returns to try to get their money while item was already in route.
Whatever the claim, non receipt of merchandise, the tracking is already in the system. Ebay will deny her claim for non receipt. If she made a claim that she didnt want it, thats her bullshit statements. If she didnt want it, then she shouldnt of bid and paid for the item. Your under no legal obligation to take the return back just because she doesnt want it. If she files a claim and selects doesnt want it. Im sure the the dispute will close and if she tries to PayPal dispute it, PayPal will see immediately what Ebay decided on and do the same thing.
