This Buyer ID is no longer registered with eBay as they are a fraudulent buyer. They were brand new buyer on eBay (only 1 day), but the seller name and address on PayPal said it was a verified address and a verified buyer with Seller Protection. A few days after shipment, I got notified by both eBay and PayPal that it was a fraudulent transaction ($649 dog device) and not to ship if I hadn't already. Since eBay dings sellers if they don't ship quickly, the item had already gone out. The buyer already had some positive feedback from other sellers.
