Details: | Customer refused to return items back for a refund. We offered to mail a prepaid label to them if they did not have access to a printer. They refused and filed a claim stating we did not help them with their order. Sounds like those few buyers who always encounter problems returning things back for a refund and file claims because they want to keep something for free. Beware when selling to this person. Unless you like to deal with people who will steal your product. |

No its the fact its another thing that you can blame both Ebay and PayPal for. These moron assholes, specially those dumbass hicks form GA think they can get things for free, when EBay and PayPal encourage them to file disputes and tell them they dont have to pay for return shipping. You get classic assholes like him that find out how Ebay and PayPal operate and they try to do every bullshit thing to screw over a seller. You need to stick to your policies and dont bend them for anyone. You get people trying to abuse and take advantage of you, why should you pay for their return shipping, if your going to be at a zero sale. What you need to do is file mail order fraud charges against him and make it perfectly to anyone who buys things from you that you will not tolerate fraud.

First of all, I did everything to contact your company about this situation to no reply. When I offer to fix the situation you guys can’t do anything. And to the stupid moron above check my rating at 100% for both buyer and seller. Been a loyal ebayer since 2008 with no hassle or problem except this company, blowitoutahere. Check their reviews on eBay and you will know what I’m talking about. They list item as “new” and send it “used”. And the shipping label you supposedly sent had an error and I stated to you before and I was not going to ship an item that you damaged or we’re supposedly selling falsely. I even tried to message back about the refund to no reply. Highly unprofessional. And to the moron above there was no fraud in this transaction. You are probably one of those sellers that try to screw buyers out of their hard earned money.
