She just left me a negative claiming item was 3 days late when it was not, and complaining about shipping costs that were exact and very clear before purchase.

When I reached out, she acted like a jerk, and then decided to claim the item was broken too and that i was "lucky" she did not mention that too.

She is only mad because after she purchased, she found another cheaper, so she is taking it out on me. This is the kind of person who believes the world centers around them and will try to ding your seller status because she is a bitter person. She is a headache you do not need, and someone i wish I had never sold to.

Horrible buyer that should be blocked.

You get all the moron assholes that will make anything up just to see what they can get for free. Assholes will legally agreed to something, sign documents and then 10 seconds later think they can change a legal agreement left and right so that it suits their needs. You clearly state to this bitch to shut the fuck up. You tell her this is what I want for the item, this is what I want for the shipping, your not in a position to make up your own prices. You had the ability to buy it elsewhere. You saw my item, saw the prices were clearly stated, logged into your paypal account and paid for it point blank. next time shut the fuck up bitch.

I hate bad buyers as much as the next guy, but, y'all gotta chill with this "legal documents" business. When a customer buys an item from you, the only thing you can demand is payment. The only "right" you have is the right to choose a courier (which you are responsible for, by the way. If your courier loses or damages the item, that's your problem, not the customer's.) Your sale terms and conditions are only enforceable to the point that eBay wants to enforce them - no court of law is going to acknowledge your "legal documents."

Matter of fact, 108.162 has it close to right: the less said the better. Specifying a price and a ship price and standing firm on those would give you the most protection. If the customer refuses to pay, don't ship. If they pay and then want a change in terms, cancel the sale and report the buyer. That will actually handle about 75% of the bad buyers.
