Seller sent me a “brand new” item that he knew he tweaked with. He made it so the product could never turn off. He admitted this through messages. Initially, I wanted a partial refund or discount because I was planning on buying another item from him but he flat out refused and was extremely rude. I had no choice but to request a refund which the seller accepted but he failed to provide me a return label. Seller is extremely verbally abusive and I still have the messages to prove that.

Dina, you have the money and the item and yet I am rude. I gave you refund to buy the shipping label. Yet you did not buy the shipping label yourself. You prefered to keep the item and get the rest of the refund. You could buy the shipping lable but you wanted the item.
