| Details: | She ordered a made-to-order ring from me. I showed her a photo of the exact piece she would get. But she left a bad feedback saying it's different from the original sample photo. She didn't talk with me previously. No way. I refunded. Later I found out that she left another worst review in another site. She must be a chronic complainer or intentionally leaves bad feedback to get a free item. |

First off, you never refund anyone, because thats exactly (1) what the bitch wanted the item for free and (2) its a common scam. Why would you refund someone for something that you sent. You DO NOT give refunds to anyone or partials, unless you get the product back. You left yourself open for any shots she could take against you including feedback. the only way now is to contact ETSY and see if they can remove the feedback and show them the docs you did. And said you tried to be a good seller by offering her the refund and show the proof of refund. If your in the US, you should reconsider doing business overseas because there's no way to get back at them, except eat the loss and move on.
