Details: | Buyer purchased Leather good claiming not real leather due to subtle creasing at the back. Filed a NADR claim with eBay and received full refund with Seller picking up the shipping charges. Transaction was a little suspicious at the beginning because Buyer initiated a bidding process for half the price. Ignored our counter-bid and later purchased at full value. If Buyer was not happy with their purchased item, it would be better if they just communicated with the Seller for a refund or exchange. By claiming NADR not only whacks the Seller with Seller performance degrade, but also loses all credibility as a Buyer when Seller finds out that nothing was wrong with the item. |
