| Details: | Asking to post to an unconfirmed address after payment. We explained to him we only ship to a Paypal confirmed address, and we would like to refund to him first and wait for his new payment with an updated address. After we refunded and sent out the cancellation request, this guy refused the canellation request, and no pay, and no update of address. We have been charge the transaction fee then. |
