Details: | Buyer made false statements regarding item condition, uses ebay returns policy to return a damaged item and force refund. Buyer neglected to mention that batteries had leaked in the compartment and feigned ignorance as to why the device was not functioning. Item returned by the buyer to the seller in damaged condition that voided warranty. Ebay supported the buyer return case because it was a "return" where the buyer claimed it "didn't work". Buyer denies item was damaged when it was shipped despite the battery compartment being full of white crystalised battery acid residue. |
