Customer purchased 7 brand new factory sealed RC cars from us and claimed they were all missing the transmitter. Later it changed and 2 had the transmitter but they didn't work, the rest were still missing. After calling the customer he stated my friend bought them through my account not me. eBay forced return, pending their arrival back to us.
